My name is Wesley and this is my website. I watch old films and write nonsense reviews. It is a tongue-in-cheek reason for me to waste my time. I hope it entertains you with the same meaningful value it has given me, which is to say: I hope it wastes your time too.
Back when films first started featuring synchronized sound, they were called "talkies", short for "talking films". This was to distinguish them from the prevalent silent films of the time. The term fell into obscurity along with silent films, but I thought that "talkie" still sounds cute, so there you have it.
